As a Junior Java Developer at Ivy Partners, you will be expected to:
Rapidly integrate and contribute to the ongoing and future development of our platform and/or the one of our clients.
Deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Java code in a timely manner.
Engage directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure that development aligns with business objectives.
Develop a robust technical foundation in Java and related technologies, and exhibit a willingness to evolve into a technical functional expert role.

Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in software development to suggest improvements for enhanced system performance.
About you You are our ideal candidate if:
You have at least 2 years of professional experience in Java development.
You possess a solid background in backend development with Java, Spring, Spring Boot Data, Hibernate, and relational databases.
You are skilled in working with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database design.
You demonstrate a keen interest in enhancing your understanding of the business domains relevant to the projects.
You have excellent communication skills and are capable of engaging with stakeholders and distributed teams effectively.
You are a problem-solver who thinks creatively and adapts to evolving business and technology landscapes.
