We are reinforcing an operational team responsible for managing material service providers in the Auto and Property segments, including repair networks, rent-a-car providers, and assistance partners.
As a Operations Analyst at Ivy Partners, you will:
Perform hands-on operations work and execution support
Monitor and follow up on projects on a daily basis
Analyze quantitative data related to operations, costs, and performance
Prepare regular reporting and operational dashboards
Support cost control and efficiency initiatives
Work closely with internal teams to absorb and apply existing know-how
Contribute to the execution of strategic projects, particularly in the Auto segment
About You
You are our ideal candidate if you have:
A degree in Engineering (any specialty), valued for structured thinking.
1+ years of experience in Analysis/Consultant roles
Strong operational mindset with high attention to detail
Comfortable working with data, numbers, and reporting
Structured, reliable, and execution-oriented
Able to work in complex, fast-paced environments
Hands-on profile who enjoys supporting teams and making things happen
Experience in operations, analytics, project support, insurance, automotive, or similar environments is a plus
