As a Support IT Analyst at Ivy Partners, you will be engaged in:
- Resolving incidents and managing Requests for IT service Management (RITMs);
- Maintaining the Silva Service Catalogue;
- Delivering training and managing data change projects related to Silva, a Service Management tool based on ServiceNow technology;
- Providing global level 1 support for SPM and level 2 support mainly for ITSM.

About You
You are our ideal candidate if:
- You have experience as a Senior Technical Expert for Silva Officer (3-5 years);
- You are proficient with ServiceNow technology;
- You are well-versed in ITIL V4 practices;
- You have experience with IPCR Management processes;
- You are comfortable working in an English-speaking environment.
