As a Functional Analyst at Ivy Partners, you will:
Participate in the configuration, functional testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of new ERP systems across various areas such as Finance, Procurement, Sales B2B, Projects, and HR.
Support the implementation and maintenance of ERP systems, document system updates, prepare configuration changes, and validate system performance.
Interact with key business users to gather requirements, translate them into ERP functionalities, and provide first-level troubleshooting while escalating complex issues.
Maintain process documentation and configuration records, ensuring adherence to internal governance and compliance standards.
About you!
Hold a degree in Management Informatics, Computer Engineering, Management, or similar.
You have 2–4 years of hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Primavera, Dynamics, Sage, Oracle, SAP, Workday, or similar.
You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into functional specifications.
You are experienced in conducting workshops, interviews, and documenting use cases, and are familiar with system configuration and functional testing.
You display excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
You are fluent in Portuguese and have a good working knowledge of English.
