As a IT Project Manager at Ivy Partners, you will:
Oversee complex technology projects from initiation to completion.
Lead the Program Management team in establishing and refining processes, methodologies, and working practices tailored to team needs.
Engage with program sponsors, stakeholders, and business program managers to lead communication efforts.
Prepare and conduct critical IT-related meetings, such as program management reviews, steering committees, and escalation meetings.
Anticipate potential issues, blockages, or constraints in critical paths and collaborate with sponsors and stakeholders to address them.
Utilize your strong interpersonal skills in client-facing project scenarios.
+5 years of professional experience.
Possess excellent written communication skills for documenting complex assumptions, risks, and commitments in a clear and unambiguous manner.
Are adept at working directly with senior leadership and executive management.
Hold relevant experience leading international-scale programs with multiple project teams across various countries and time zones.
Are comfortable in multicultural, international settings.
Can adapt to changing priorities smoothly.
Hold certifications in Agile or Waterfall methodologies, such as Scrum Master, PMP, or PRINCE2.
