👩 💻🧑 💻 As a Project Manager at Ivy Partners, you will be expected to:

• Lead and coordinate digital transformation and IT system integration projects (ERP, CRM, data platforms, among others).

• Ensure alignment between technical teams and business units, guaranteeing solution delivery within deadlines, budget, and quality standards.

• Manage external suppliers and internal stakeholders (IT, operations, finance, energy, etc.).

• Oversee the complete project lifecycle: requirement gathering, planning, execution, testing, UAT, and go-live.

• Produce project documentation (plans, progress reports, risk assessments, governance documents, etc.).

• Promote best project management practices (PMI, Agile, hybrid models).

🏅 About you:

• You have over 5 years of proven experience managing medium to large IT projects.

• You possess solid experience in systems integration projects.

• You have previous experience in digital transformation projects (ia plus).

• You are knowledgeable about processes related to renewable energy or utilities (a plus).

• You are fluent in English (both written and spoken).

• You exhibit excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• You are capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
