We have an exciting opportunity for a creative Graphic Designer to support the rapid growth of our company. You will work as part of the marketing team, using your creative skills and experience to design and produce modern and engaging communications materials and develop the visual identity of the brand. The purpose of the role is to inspire engagement with our brand, develop creative content that is visually appealing to our audiences, support recognition and deliver strategic results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the brand's visual identity and guidelines to ensure consistency and premium positioning across all communication assets.
- Design high-quality digital assets for the website, social media, and emails, including graphics, banners, infographics, eBooks, newsletters, case studies, reports, flyers, etc.
- Support external communications efforts by designing corporate presentations, templates, press releases, leaflets, and brochures.
- Oversee the management of suppliers and the printing process for branded materials to ensure quality and brand alignment.
- Collaborate with the development team to design user-friendly interfaces for web applications and mobile apps, enhancing user experience.
- Produce and edit multimedia content, such as animations and short videos, for social media platforms to engage the audience and promote brand messages.

Requirements :
- Qualification or degree in graphic design/ visual communications
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design function
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint
- Experience with UX/UI design and familiarity with Figma is highly advantageous
- Strong creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas
- Experience in video editing and animation is preferred
- Highly organized and capable of working independently
- Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French is an added advantage
