👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Customer Support and KYC Specialist at Ivy Partners, your duties will include:
- Onboarding new clients and businesses with a friendly and professional approach.
- Providing courteous first and partial second-level support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Managing and verifying clients’ KYC/AML documentation, contributing to a secure financial environment.
- Representing the company on the web and social media, maintaining our positive image and branding.
- Collaborating on internal projects to streamline and enhance our support and onboarding processes.
- Sharing client feedback with the product team to help improve our services.
- Contributing to our marketing campaigns.
- Growing your career with us, with opportunities to take on greater leadership and responsibilities.

🏅 About you!
- You excel at communication and understand the value of empathy in user interactions.
- You’re fluent in English and either French or German.
- You’re a multitasker who can set priorities and manage time effectively.
- You're detail-oriented, organized, and can work both independently and as part of a team.
- You're familiar with cryptocurrencies and blockchain – or eager to learn!
- You hold a minimum of a CFC or equivalent qualification.
- You’re eligible to work in Switzerland.
