👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Requirement and Test Automation Engineer at Ivy Partners, you will:

• Work autonomously within an Agile team focused on continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with end users and cross-functional teams to grasp business needs and functional specifications.
• Interpret regulatory rules and quality standards for product compliance.
• Write, review, and maintain Equipment Requirements, ensuring traceability to Functional System Requirements.
• Develop and maintain automated tests using Python and custom Java JUnit frameworks, with Java knowledge being a plus.
• Execute manual and automated tests, analyze results, and report on issues found in the database.
• Synchronize and update the Test Results Management tool, conducting formal system tests (Factory Acceptance Tests) and defect analysis.

🏅 Profile:

• At least 5 years of experience in a safety-critical domain.
• Proven expertise in software documentation, requirements writing, and system/software testing.
• Ability to learn end-user terminology and translate needs into requirements.
• Proficient in Python development and experienced with test automation tools, particularly Squish (knowledge of JUnit, Citrus, Jenkins is advantageous).
• Familiarity with air traffic control or similar real-time, security-focused fields
• Adaptable, autonomous, and detail-oriented, thriving in a team environment.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; French is a plus.
